Buying a home through Noble Avenue could not have been more stressful, unprofessional and disappointing. I have never experienced a company so unwilling to take ownership for their own mistakes and the complete lack of care that was shown towards us as home buyers was disgraceful. Any joy and excitement that comes with the purchase of a new home was taken away from the entire process by dealing with Noble Avenue.

I would look at using other real estate companies before Noble Avenue due to the poor conduct from Ben. Ben on two occasion breached the “Non - Disclosure law” and when raised the issue about the second non disclosure the simple responses was ohhh we had a technical issue, which we learn is - we forgot to tell you what day the key hand was as it wasn’t the same day as settlement. When this issue was escalated through to Linda, her ability to acknowledge the unethical conduct was nothing less then embarrassing. This conduct has impacted in financially on two occasions as we know have to cover the cost of the impacts. Just imagine what it would be like buying an almost $1million house to go and collect your keys, to be told ohh yeah the handover isn’t until tomorrow you should have got the email but we didn’t send it due to a technical issue.

We are absolutely happy to recommend Ben. We were fortunate to have a stress free sale of our home, which we know was for the most part due to Ben. Ben's manner is calm, warm, and natural which was important in regards to representing our home to potential Buyers. His strength of market knowledge and administration was also brilliant. Keeping us updated, timely responding to any queries we had, and always doing so in a happy manner, we always felt he had control of every stage of the process. With a choice of many great Agents in the market, we would strongly advocate getting Ben out for a chat when choosing someone to represent you. Thank you Ben for everything.
