Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. What stood out most was that he cared; he is very genuine and easy to speak to and relate with. He frequently spent extra time out of his day to help us navigate the process as new home buyers. It’s awesome to see a young agent with such a strong work ethic and passion. He has a great future ahead of him, and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a dedicated REA. Without him we definitely would not be where we are today. Keep up the great work and passion, your work really matters to the people you work with. Thanks so much.
From the very beginning, they were honest, switched-on, and completely focused on achieving results—without the typical “salesy” approach you often see in real estate. Conversations were meaningful and positive, and we could always rely on their advice. Iain Rosekilly and Ben Scrogie delivered exactly what they promised: professional, proactive, and results-driven service. Our unit was sold off-market in a remarkably short timeframe and at a fantastic price. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and every commitment was followed through. If you’re looking for agents who are realistic, trustworthy, and genuinely deliver, Iain and Ben are the team to trust. Highly recommended!
Ben was excellent. Everything was done properly, efficiently and quickly. We were very happy with the service. Thanks Ben
