Our property had been on the market for months with one of Bayswater's premier agents. When we decided to sell our Bayswater property in late 2015 we sought appraisals from four local estate agents, one of whom was Ben. Choosing him to assist us in the sale was a clear cut choice from the outset and we never had reason to regret this decision. Ben was across our area and knew where our house sat in the current market, he pitched well without being pushy, he was personable, showed integrity and showed us that he was there to work for us to get the best possible price for our property he could. Once an offer was on the table, well below the asking price, Ben showed his sales skills in extracting a significantly increased second offer from the buyer to bring their offer in line with our asking price. After the sale was concluded Ben continued to tie up loose ends from the sale that were not technically his responsibility and generally made the entire process as painless as possible.
