Fantastic agent 10/10

Being my first purchase in the investment market, generally went relatively smoothly, errors on the vendors part made couple of items difficult for agent and purchaser. Could have been an easier transition if vendor and agent done a little more investigation into backyard spa, prior to listing. Agent very pleasant to deal with, and happy to follow up on any of my questions. Cheers.

Ben has been absolutely fabulous during the whole business of us selling our house & buying our new one. He has been expertly professional, remained positive that he could attain the outcomes we needed with regard to price, coordination of our move from one house to our new home. Ben was very patient in the sale of our home. We listed in February and sold in August. He was always happy to meet up and chat and give us a report every Tuesday regarding potential buyers.
