The words Covid-19, Corona Virus, Lockdown and World Wide Pandemic couldn’t stop Ben Spackman and his team! We listed our house for sale and then a week later we went into lockdown, not ideal conditions for selling a home. Ben was also put in an awkward position as he had 2 x Licensed Real Estate Agents who work for opposing agencies as vendors. That didn’t stop Ben from getting the job done. When Ben appraised our home, he gave me a realistic figure. He also told me who the buyers were going to be, as the house was perfect for them. Luck would have it that Ben was right, his suggested buyers did end up buying our house! Ben was in constant communication, kept us up to date at all times, and was calling me day and night, including on a public holiday. I would not hesitate in recommending Ben Spackman to family and friends; he did an exceptional job under extremely hard and limiting circumstance.
