Ben is the best agent I've ever dealt with, full stop (and I have dealt with many). He is open, upfront and honest. He has been so easy to deal with and is highly professional. I particularly like the way Ben operates, its no fuss. His advice, demeanor and approach is excellent. He did not shove a contract in my face upfront to sign me up, quite the contrary, he listed to what I wanted (which was a non advertised, no fuss and easy method) and proved himself before we signed a contract. He delivered four quality potential buyers in an uncertain market - three of whom made offers, including the one I accepted which was within my expectations.
