The ultimate test of an Agent is how they sell your property in a hot market. Currently on the Northern Beaches, the worst salesperson in the Universe could auction off a broken down dump in the middle of a freeway for 2 million dollars. Hence, it's very tempting for the Agents to drop the ball and let the buyers do all the work. What I liked about Ben was that even though I was one of the many buyers he had interested in the property I wanted to purchase, he still treated me as if I was important. I was looking at other properties at the same time and I had a hell of a time getting the other agents to return my calls. Ben was super quick, either picking up immediately or returning my call within minutes. As a seller what you want to know is "Is my Agent actively marketing my property and handling every enquiry with speed, efficiency and professionalism".
