The overall purchase process was seemless. Access to the premises was organised well with the vendor pre settlement. Only minor complaint, was lack of comms with his back end team that we were negotiating a post settlement rental to the vendors. Did cause a little confusion prior to the actual settlement.
The service and marketing plan for our Warriewood property through Raine and Horne Mona Vale was outstanding.
