Engaging, calm, what a lovely surprise!

We met Ben a week before auction when we walked into a beautiful home. He and the team were immediately engaging and flexible around our schedules. They made us feel welcome in the home, never rushed and always there to answer questions. I was on leave in the country during auction and he handled it for me on the phone. Despite my emotional stress on auction day he remained calm and clear throughout. I feel blessed we encountered him - I would not have ever thought to go to auction from a distance but he made it very easy.
