After being on the market for over 6 months with another Realtor & receiving poor advice, I put an end to that campaign. Soon after, I engaged Ben Spackman to take over the listing. I needed someone who had experience, who was capable in a fickle market. I also needed someone who was able to assist me with some decision making. During the time Ben had my listing, I observed his extensive knowledge, and hard work. I felt confident my property was in good hands. The property sold shortly thereafter. With regards to attending Open Inspections, Ben attended these, along with one other Senior Associate of his office. He ensured buyers were greeted at the entrance. Thorough follow up calls were always made to all viewers, and I was kept up to date with everything. I very much recommend Ben.
