Wow, that was quick from the time we had our first meeting with Ben and Nathan. We had our property for sale approx 2wks and bam it SOLD!!! We got $28 000 more then what we thought we'd get, Capalaba never gets the attention it should, being 22k from city, hopefully with our sale for a modest home it puts Capalaba more on the map. Ben did amazing job and thank you so much!!! With interstate buyers knocking on our doors, don't be shy asking for a good price 😀
