I found Ben to be communicative and friendly. As he was acting for the vendor he did his best to get them the best price, would use him as my agent in the future.

After trying to sell the property privately to avoid excess charges and hassle, we didn't have much luck. We conceded to the fact that there must be a straight forward no fuss agency out there.
