Ben was charming whilst showing us the property we bought. Once the offer was accepted he was silent unless we chased things up. So standoffish once it was a done deal. Also told me I couldn't put conditions on the contract as the current tenant had broken parts of the property and it is buyer beware. Actually the vendor was lovely and most happy to repair stuff he didn't know had been broken by the tenants dogs.

Ben's preparation, market assessment, honesty in discussion and communication were pretty much first class for me. I needed to sell unexpectedly and the period from engaging Estate Realty to taking the house off the market was 10days, achieving 99.7% of the asking price. Looking at comparable homes, the pricing was pretty much spot on. Ben's market knowledge and approach on this occasion relieved the stress of selling considerably.
