I have sold three properties with Ben over the last five years and I wouldn't keep going back if I didn't have complete confidence in his abilities or determination to bring about a great result. Nothing is too much trouble and Ben is a delight to deal with. We put our rental property on the market in late June and hoped for a contract in early July with a settlement by the end of the month.
