Ben was great at keeping us informed from the day we put the house on the market to the day of settlement. We would recommend Ben to any vendors who want someone to tell it like it is, without sugar coating it. In an industry sometimes viewed as built on a lot of hot air, Ben was always down to earth, and gave us valuable insight and information during the whole sale process. Also, he always answered all calls, emails promptly, and we never felt he was too busy with other clients to talk to us. He even came out on a Sunday to do an open inspection...very impressed :) thanks Ben, again....
