We were so happy with Ben’s service. He was no fuss, honest, prompt and reliable. At the start of the process, Ben came over and talked with us about what our options were. He gave us as much time as we wanted to think over things and get ourselves ready for sale, and he never hassled us unnecessarily. What we’ve been most impressed with is his aftercare - we weren’t forgotten once it was all dealt with, Ben still helped us when we needed it and even ended up helping us find our next house to buy.
