During the first few minutes of our meeting they had made me aware of my options, mapped out a sale strategy, explained everything to such a point that I had virtually no qestions to ask. He grew up in the Blackburn area near our house, and understood the special nature of this part of Blackburn, and who might be attracted to live here. The marketing of the property reflected our thoughts about this. Whilst the pre-auction marketing brought an excellent response from many interested families, the real "Blackburn" type of people were not represented amongst them at the auction.
