From the moment we appointed Ian & Ben to sell our house, we had nothing but a great experience. Their communication and expert advice throughout the sale process was exceptional, and reassured us that we were making the right decisions. Their hard work & diligence throughout the sale led to an amazing result on auction day, and we have no doubt this was due to their excellent market knowledge and professionalism. We would highly recommend Ian & Ben, and the Fletchers Blackburn team to anyone looking to sell their home.

A great outcome with COVID lockdown forcing auction cancellation. Best offers negotiated obtaining $100,000 above our expectations.

We chose Ben to sell our townhouse because we had observed him over a number of years on our Estate as a great auctioneer and agent with a relaxed and friendly manner.
