In a declining and tight market time Ben guided us expertly through the marketing and sales process. There were many similar houses on the market in our area. Ben presented one offer in our price range and we accepted. The other houses are still for sale. Thank you Ben and Dion
Ben was an excellent real estate agent and kept us informed all through the 3 month process. Our knowledge of selling a house was limited and we were guided expertly by Ben and very happy with the end result.
We were very pleased with Ben's work throughout the sale process and with the price we received for our property. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Our property had a lot of great features and was priced right but because we were on a main road the agents had to work quite hard to help buyers realise the value of our place. Dion and Ben was great in their strategy, execution and follow through. We had a fantastic result as auction. Thanks Ben!!
Ben has excellent knowledge on the property market and helped us to sell our former family home in Blackburn South. Despite the fact that we were living overseas, Ben kept us fully up to date on the sales campaign through weekly phone discussions. On the day of auction, Ben guided us clearly on the process and did a great job in attracting competing bids that lead to a successful sale. I highly recommend Ben as an agent and auctioneer.
We could not have imagined the positiveness that we received from all the team at Fletchers Blackburn, right from the director Ben and all team especially Dion and Stefan and the office staff. Ben was so informed on the current situation of the market not only in our suburb but what the market was overall, his knowledge and wealth of experience within the profession enabled us to achieve a result that was very satisfying. We would highly recommend his team to anybody. John and Noel
Ben was a fantastic agent during the recent sale of my mum's house. I felt he represented my mum's interests and achieve a very good result for her. Additionally he supported the whole family through a time a stress with consideration and calmness. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben.
Ben was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our house. He was professional, thorough, transparent and polite. I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend Ben to anyone looking for a top-class real-estate professional.
We likede the fact that Ben attended every Open for Inspection because that served to introduce himself to potential bidders. He was freely conversational, but on the Auction Day he stepped into his role and had a quiet but definite command of the occasion. With discussions at various stages he clearly described strategy, and whilst our opinion was always sought, there was no hesitation on our part to accept his opinion. His experience shone through and led to a successful result. There is no doubt that he has our recommendation!
