Exceptional skill and knowledge
Ben and his team worked tirelessly to get us the best deal for our apartment. Not an easy feat in this difficult climate with an oversupply of apartments and a looming federal election. Ben changed tactics several times to attract a higher number of interested buyers resulting in the prompt sale of the apartment at auction. His communication skills are exceptional and the whole process was very transparent, we were kept informed regularly from beginning to end. What we also liked was the fact that we weren't promised an exorbitant sales price but instead a realistic estimate which came close to the actual outcome. Well done.
