From the outset Ben provide open and honest feedback about the house, current market and potential buyers attending the open homes. He worked tirelessly to market the property on a multiple media outlets (even when he had to travel to the UK mid campaign) he ensured every open home was well attended. He fielded multiple offers to us with firm guidance on the strengths of each offer allowing us to to make a sales decision that suited our needs. After the offer was accepted Ben continued to shepherd the sale though and we are ecstatic to be unconditional as of today.
