You want results, you go to Ben... i spoke to many agents who gave me their grand plan of how to sell, but none came close to the "straight to business no nonsense" approach by Ben.. he may not give you fairly tale or night time chat, but he brought me a signed contract within after 2 opens for a tenanted unit in a slow market.
