I’m not sure anyone looks forward to the process of selling a property and I certainly wasn’t. We identified Ben to assist us based on a number of transaction in nearby streets and are simply delighted with the decision. All people we met through the time the property was on the market were friendly, courteous and respectful. Our property sold in a timely fashion at a price right on prediction, even at a quiet time in the market. We always felt Ben was working in our best interest.
