You hear all types of feedback about real estate agents and Ben exceeded my expectations with his warm and caring nature. Ben knew so much about the market and gave us real, honest insight into property values in the area. But expertise aside, Ben was a real, genuine family man, who spoke from the heart and understood our situation. As first home buyers we were so nervous to enter into this life long commitment, but Ben had our back in all negations and followed up multiple times to ensure we were happy with our purchase. I couldn’t recommend Ben more. He should be the only choice for buying and selling property. Highly recommend
