Throughout the sale of my home Ben has been honest, reliable and professional. 02 February, 2021 Ben was replacing one of the Sales representative due to Medical reasons. The humble little property 1 bedroom unit in withers Bunbury had large land. So if the buyer wanted to he/she could add an alfresco if needed or have a herb garden. My Sister Ida and myself invited Ben over and asked what his thoughts were. Together we agreed to a reasonable amount and the buyer made and offer. Ben made sure he kept us in the loop and let us know what to do next. He is a gentleman. He covered all aspects that need to sell the property. He even has a sense of humour. Our elderly parents arrived at summit realty and were served brewed coffee not instant.. they take themselves seriously Before we could have marketing done there were two expressions of interest and the later was keen.
