Ben was terrific he was flexible & attentive and able to answer our queries to the extent that an hour later we made an offer on the property which eventually we purchased. There was further negotiation between the vendor & us Ben respected both parties views and the deal was done. After the sale Ben opened opportunity for us to make some lifestyle amenity changes which we didn't pursue preferring to undertake our own suppliers to make these alterations.
