Benita went far above and way beyond what is the normal expectation of an agent - from the beginning to the end she was great. I have moved interstate and she arranged rubbish removal, repairs and cleaning for me so the house was in great condition when it went on the market. Her communication with me, my solicitor and the buyer was excellent, and she dealt professionally and expeditiously with some issues that arose along the way. I can't recommend her highly enough - she made the whole process painless and easy for me. It was a pleasure dealing with her.
