I was buying my first property, and it comes with a lot of anxiety and can be overwhelming. Benjamin was a very warm person from the day he first met me at the open house till the congratulations phone call for settlement. He is very knowledgeable with the real estate market and also had excellent communication skills that makes everything look easy. Even during the hardest parts of putting an offer to getting all inspections done, he has been very kind and compassionate towards the needs of his client.
