Ben is an excellent and experienced agent who always made time to follow up on our many calls and keep us updated on any new information. An absolute professional that treated us with the utmost respect from start to completion of our purchase. In this hard COVID climate Ben made the whole process smooth and easy. Great communication. Handing over the keys with a welcome gift box was such a lovely gesture. Highly recommend him. Thank you Ben.

Very impressed with his professional approach. Kept us up to date with phone calls and emails. The whole process went through smoothly although there was one minor hiccup which Ben sorted very quickly, and Ben sent us a lovely card thanking us for the opportunity to act on our behalf for the sale of our property. We’ll be certainly using Wal Murray Lismore and especially Ben for any future property we sell.

The sale of my property started with helping anxious tenants to move out at the end of the lease. Ben was great at handling these anxieties and overall the sale went very smoothly thanks to his clear and straightforward communication. I was guided by Ben to hire cleaners and gardener to prepare the house. I was kept informed about progress at all times and it helped that Ben knew the market so well. His advice on price had immediate effect. His friendly professional approach made it seem easy.
