My wife and I bought our first home through Ben back in 2015 and had a great experience working with him. Just recently, we sold that same property with Ben, and once again, he didn’t disappoint. Ben is extremely professional, has a deep understanding of the market, and was always reliable and easy to reach by phone. We truly appreciated his guidance and support throughout both the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend using Ben!

After months of searching and dealing with different agents, we finally found Ben – and we couldn’t be happier. He was by far the most helpful and kind agent we met. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which was so important for us as first home buyers. Ben went above and beyond to answer our questions and guide us through everything. We’re extremely satisfied with our new home and so grateful for his support. Highly recommend Ben to anyone!

Ben was amazing, fast response to my offer of intent to purchase, however he was not pushy, which was great. He called to let me know my offer had been accepted, when my deposit had been received, again at every step of the way.

We found Ben to be a very confident and knowledgeable agent. He handled the sale in a most efficient and professional manner. We felt at ease as he handled the negotiations extremely well. Would certainly recommend Ben if you were looking for an agent to handle your sale

I can’t speak highly enough of Ben and the incredible job he did with the sale of my property. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every aspect - from preparing the home for market to navigating negotiations and closing the sale. He communicated clearly, responded quickly, was professional, proactive and made the process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine dedication stood out. Ben is an agent who truly cares and delivers results, I highly recommend.

Ben was great to work with. Always happy to take my calls and answer any questions. I was very happy with the whole process

Ben was so helpful and professional. He made it such a stress free time and really guided us through the process. He was always contactable and on top of everything, highly recommend.

Choosing Ben to sell my house in East Lismore was the best decision I could have made. I found him to be reliable, trustworthy and professional throughout the extended selling period, achieving the best outcome in an extremely difficult market.

Ben did an amazing job selling our unit. He kept us up to date on offers and guided us on how to choose the right buyer. We are happy to sing Ben’s praises to anyone who wants to sell in the future

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben as my real estate agent, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. From our very first interaction to the final stages of closing, Ben demonstrated a level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care that made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

Ben presented us with research of similar properties in the area and their sale and listed prices. He listened to us and our desire to list at the price we requested. Ben and his team promoted and held open homes at every opportunity. Ben managed the enquiries and presented us with offers. He followed up on offers and was respectful, timely and trustworthy. Ben has great history in the industry, is well known in the community and listened to us. The whole process was handled professionally.

Ben was there every step of the way going above and beyond to help with the sale of my property, he even did the job of contacting my seller (we property swapped) if needed! He is always courteous and prompt to respond to any queries and quite knowledgeable, gave me the numbers of relevant contacts who also were top businesses to deal with. I am very happy to recommend Ben to all my family and friends 🙏🏻 Thank you very much Ben 😊
