We were very impressed with Benjamin and his work ethic to deliver as promised a quick sale at a fair price. We had decided to go with another Agent; however, Benjamin's persistence (not pushy) and enthusiasm convinced me to give him a go at selling our property. He indicated that he may already have a buyer for the property and whilst I may have been slightly skeptical that he was using this as a ploy for me to choose him as our Agent, he actually delivered and a couple looked at the house within a couple of days of signing our contract. This couple offered us an acceptable amount within 24 hours and we had a sale. We were entirely happy with the negotiation process, which Benjamin handled admirably. Finally, during the pre-settlement inspection he provided us with information that may have caused a delay in settlement, but he was able to convince the buyers to settle without any further cost to ourselves. Benjamin is a very enthusiastic, committed Agent who we would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wanting to sell their property and he would certainly be our first choice if we were selling a property in the future.

Ben was very thorough and helped us through the process of selling. He always kept us informed at each step of the journey. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other sellers in the Jervis Bay area.
