Fabulous house sale result due to Ben and the Woodards team. Being first time (home) sellers, we experienced every emotion from uncertainty and anxiety - to joy and ecstasy. From the first time I spoke with Ben I had a good vibe. It also helped that at the outset his fees were much more competitive than other agents in the area. Throughout the campaign Ben and Dan provided me with the right amount of information about the process and prospective buyers. This meant that I went into the auction knowing that there were fewer potential buyers than I had hoped for, and as a result I was not surprised when the property did not sell at auction. Post auction, Ben and the team maintained their commitment and continued to open the property multiple times per week. A month later I had three offers on the table which Ben was able to navigate to get me the best price with a short settlement! I was expecting at some point that Ben would tell me that I needed to reset my price expectations and accept something lower than what I was wanting, but he never did and I really appreciated that!
