Ben’s no-fuss and outcome based approach was the leading factor to us choosing him as our agent to sell our property. Have sold the house quite easily through Bens help with his helpful staff who were always pleasant, on time and as non intrusive as possible as having open days is a bit scary having heaps of strangers in your house upsetting your routine but went well a good result come of it so thanks to the team at Woodards for there help.
