I approached Ben while he was actually on holiday in S.A. enjoying the first real break after a year of Covid-19 lock-downs. The task was to find an investment property within my limited price range and in a very short time frame. Ben delivered faster than financial arrangements could be made, and documents were being exchanged before he returned to Qld. Ben's real estate knowledge, skills and expertise in bringing together the team required to finalise the deal to the satisfaction of all was just brilliant. I don’t think there are words to describe how wonderful it is to have Ben in your life! Ben approached me several years ago to manage my property ( as I had been doing this myself ) and let me tell you what a difference it made leaving it all to Ben. Ben manages a property as if it was his own. He always had tenants lined up and ready to move in BEFORE the previous ones had even moved out. Inspections where always carried out on time and any maintenance or issues quickly addressed. He always gave excellent professional advice when I had questions be it renting or selling and I always felt he truly had my best interests in mind. Ben is easy to negotiate with. Honestly he gets to know you so well he will bring you all the facts and options already knowing your answer. I got so used to this my answers usually where “whatever you think is best Ben” - this is how much trust you can put in Ben. Whilst I may not be in Mackay anymore I would find it so difficult not to use Ben for future rental properties no matter where they were! Thank you for all you have done for me Ben!!
