Benjamin offers us a fantastic service! He was the first agent calling me back the next morning after I sent an introduction email which does not happen often as people are busy. We were very lucky that Benjamin just listed a great off market property that suits us and we were able to sign the contact in the same week. He has even been exceptional in finding the right tenants quickly and doing the pre-settlement inspection. Our property was handled with care and passion.
