At point of purchase and during the settlement period the property was vacant, the pool water condition was horrible, but as Ben stated will be brought back into condition very quickly. Two days before settlement day, I dropped by the property as it was vacant to take a look, much to my astonishment the pool water colour was green/black, water level half full and a family of ducks swimming in it. This I found totally unprofessional and completely dropping the ball, given the house was marketed on line with amazing photos of a beautiful pool and promises that were not delivered to have it serviceable. Our settlement date was the day before the Australia Day long weekend with our expectations of a relaxing 3 days in and around our new pool, coupled with promises made to our Seven year olds, certainly didn't make the experience a fun one. I did call and email Ben repeatedly, but he chose not respond personally which is the most disappointing part from my end. The pool has now been rectified through another member of the Brisbane Real Estate Team. In addition, during our initial view/inspection of the property we pointed out " tooth marks" on the front door framework, clearly from pets of the previous owner/tenants, again a promise from Ben to have this replaced, is still waiting to be done, despite repeated emails there is still no response from Ben. All in all, the level of communication and care once we had gone unconditional is far below what I would call an acceptable service standard from a leading and experienced Real Estate Agent.

Brisbane Real Estate may be a few points dearer than other agents but we were glad we took the risk and paid it. Right from the start they were professional and business-like as well as very friendly and easy to deal with. Their presentation of our property was outstanding. The photography was brilliant and it included a drone sequence which made our land look spectacular. Some of the shots were so well constructed and imaginative that we hardly recognised our home of 13 years! Throughout the process their communication was thoughtful and precise. The final deal was much easier and faster than we had hoped for and the price was right on target. We would recommend Ben, Kel and their team to anyone looking for an agent that gets results.
