Excellent service, achieved the highest price for area, Communication was also excellent both with Benjamin and the rest of the team, helped with contractors to carry out work prior to sale which was very helpful as I do not live in the area of property. Overall a very painless process and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Benjamin and the team.
