Ben has many years of experience in primarily the Brisbane market and really knows what he is doing. He is easy to communicate with and helped us get a great price on our unit. He works very hard and goes out of his way to make sure that little details are taken care of that make new buyers happy. He has an extensive book of consultants and is well-connected in the industry. Ben was the agent that originally sold us the property and I kept in contact with him over the years because I was impressed by his character and honesty. He always answered my questions about the market and advised me on properties when it did little to advantage him. When it came time for us to sell I did my due diligence and gave several agents the opportunity to be the agent on the property but Ben comparatively was the best option. We have now had Ben act as an agent for us twice and have been delighted with what he has done. In the future, if we were selling a property again in the Brisbane market we would not look anywhere else.
