You won’t regret listing with Ben, he and the Property Collective were just so great. They’re a fresh brand of realestate based in Canberra who know the Bush Capital as good as anyone. Against a backdrop of a highly pleasing result, Ben was generous with his time and had a focussed attention with my property. There were six open homes in three weeks and he delivered practical negotiations ultimately yielding a good offer prior to auction. This relieved much stress in the process for both me and the buyer and an outcome was agreed through his thoughtful and effective approach. Ben makes a great first impression and had my confidence from our first engagement. He provided studied market research and the latest results from within my area (Molongolo) which backed up his judgements. Each time we met or he gave me a call on progress I always felt that he was right there in my corner. He worked tirelessly but without fuss and built trust between the buyer and I through his astute liaison skills. Elsewhere in the experience Ben was on time, always looked the part and takes a highly professionalised approach. There were flowers, surprise bottles of champagne, a great video which accompanied the ad and the Property Collective campaign material was of an impressive standard. The legals, contracts and paperwork were also done without me needing to do a thing. You’ll love Ben from the first coffee you have with him, which are always on him : ) Ben is a star and will find the buyer you’re looking for.
