I would recommend Benji to anyone selling in the Shoalhaven area as he achieved an excellent result selling 2 properties for me. The sale price was in line with his valuation of the property which was much higher than what other agents were valuing the property at. Benji has definitely gone the extra mile not only in opening the house at anytime that suits a potential buyer but also to ensure it is presented at it's best by putting out outdoor styling furniture prior to inspections, mopping the floor after inspections on wet days, providing access for trades to work on the property and providing almost daily updates on upcoming inspections and feedback from inspections.
