Bernard was an excellent agent to deal with. Very patient, caring and a huge support throughout the whole settlement process. Even whilst on his vacation, he would always respond to any questions i had, and if any issues arose, he would immediately jump on the phone with me and want to help fix it straight away. The previous vendors left some appliances in non working order in which they promised they would fix prior to settlement, which did not happen. If not for the help of Bernard going back and forth over emails, texts and calls daily between myself and the vendors, none of them would have been fixed and i am so thankful for his patience and understanding during a very stressful time for me that he was able to help me correct these issues.
