When I first spoke to Bernardo I thought have we made the right choice, so many agents to choose from. After I meet Bernardo I knew there and then that we had made the right decision and that our house was in good hands. Turns out I was correct, had an offer than couldn't be refused just after the board went up and in no time the property had sold. Bernardo was an absolute pleasure throughout the whole process and true to his word at all times. Lovely man, polite, courteous and prompt. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. My partner and I were on the market looking for 5 months for our first home. What we learnt during that time is that it is hard to find a real estate agent who isn't trying to shove a sales down your throat or who isn't playing nice just for a sale. When we met Bernardo, it was a huge relief! His customers service is second to none. Not only is he always friendly and great for a chat, it's Bernardo's willingness to listen to what exactly we wanted that made a difference. He never wasted our time calling us to take a look at every house he had on the market; every house he took us to (before we found the perfect house) where all potentially a great buy. On top of this, if Bernardo said do something like email us details or call us back at 6:00pm, he'd call at 6:00pm. Other great customers service touches we appreciated where he's efforts after the contract was signed. You'd half expect a real estate agent to disappear on you when needed, but not Bernardo. Was great on the days building up to the move in, made sure everything went smoothly on the day, and has even dropped in since to see how we have settled in. All in all - a top bloke.
