Bernie is great, he went out of his way to be helpful and caring with the sale of our property. He organised workmen and let people in the house when required which was not in his job description just him going over and above to help. I recently bought a propery where Bernie was the agent. Since I am located in Sydney I really needed an agent that was going to support me through the whole process. Bernie made the whole process simple for me. He ensured that my finance was on track and even gave me an extra week to get it sorted. He did a final inspection for me via video on mobile phone and attended to removing extra items from the property that had been left behind. Bernie was a great person to deal with professional at all times would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the house he represented ended up being really rough round the edges. From paint and finishes to DIY “improvements” The house could have been much better presented before it hit the open market that aside I’d happily work with Bernie again in the future
