A bloody Agent with Integrity!

Bernie, removed all anxiety we had to sell our home. He listened to what we had to say, and offered easy to understand advice. We were under the impression that we had to spend thousands of dollars to ready our house for market; Bernie just told us not to bother. He said just clean & tidy up and the market may surprise you.
