I went to Bernie with my dream outcome and never imagined it possible but he delivered on all fronts. I had 27 days till my lease was up and I didn't want to renew for another six months. The agent I was renting from wouldn't allow a month by month lease due to the time of year. Bernie's mission was to find me a house in my price range and have us in before my lease was up.
