Very was great when we recently bought through private sale. He has a very approachable nature and is relaxed which made us more calm also! He was very helpful with guiding us through the process of a private sale and was excellent and was a terrific conduit between us and vendors. He has a somewhat no-nonsense approach which is great because there’s no fluff around the edges you just get down to business and we put an offer in and had a contract signed within 24 hours. Which Bert personally delivered to my door! He was very available on the phone and rang back to keep us in the loop regularly through the sale process👍🏻
