Beryl helped us sell our property with an amazing result even on a down market. We appreciate her professionalism all throughout the campaign, conducting inspections on time rain or shine (mostly rain), communicating in a timely manner. Her advice was spot on. Even on a not so good market (which had us worried due to previous 2 lacklustre results), she managed to reach her initial assessed price for the property before auction! Will engage with her again when the time comes.
