Dale and I found Beryl and her team very helpful and efficient in selling our house. They had the home open every weekend and provided us with regular feedback from the potential buyers who visited the house. By discussing this feedback with Beryl, Karis and Dene we were able to make minor changes to the house and price and eventually sell it for a price close to their original estimation. They were able to achieve a selling price and time line that satisfied us. We enjoyed the relationship we established with the team for the duration of the selling period.
