Beth Leach was an engaging agent right from the outset. We made it clear we were Southside buyers, only dropping by Teneriffe for interest. This made no difference to Beth. She gave us the full run-through of the property and facilities, all their while treating us as if we were high prospect buyers. That worked. Well, that and the fact it was a great property. We made an offer the following Monday and had the deal done within the week. Beth maintained very open communication throughout the settlement period, dealing with the inevitable minor issues and requirements for coordination as they arose. Handover was a breeze.
