From the first door-knock we got from Beth - we felt comfortable with her easy-going, friendly persona. Following her initial visit she phoned us regularly to see how we were and for a chat. Once we were ready to sell we felt that Beth was already our agent and the paperwork was a mere formality! We felt that Beth understood the pressures of a young family and set open houses and unscheduled inspections accordingly. Beth's goal was to have the unit sold in three weeks - we had a contract in place at the end of the third week. The securing of the contract was another example of her dedication, Beth drove across Brisbane several times during our negotiations so as to secure a contract. Finally, Beth didn't just leave us once the contract was signed. She was in contact with us and buyers; she facilitated the building and pest inspection; and kept us informed. On settlement day, when a couple of bits needed cleaning, she stayed and assisted us! Overall, I would describe Beth as professional, approachable, reliable, friendly, adaptable and fun. By the end of the sale, we would describe her as more a friend than an agent!
